Yoga Relief Support Class
Come and soften your grief with gentle yoga techniques, breathing and stress relieving stretches with Lisa MacAlpine. This is a wonderful way to ease your daily tension and feel a calmness at the end of your day.

Group Grief Support
Are you or someone you love suffering from grief? You are not alone in your sorrow. Join our Group Grief Support, facilitated by Sharron Rutz, utilizing "The New Day Journal". There is a one-time cost of $10 for the book. Hosted by MacAlpine Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Inc.

Senior Chair Yoga
Senior Chair Yoga is held every Thursday at 9:30 am at the Huron County Senior Center, 150 Nugent Road, Bad Axe, Michigan

Saginaw Survivors of Suicide
The Saginaw Survivors of Suicide support group meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month for anyone who has lost a loved one to suicide.
