Sharon E. Jensen, 63, of Bad Axe, passed away peacefully on July 1, 2015 at her home under Heartland Hospice care.

Sharon was born on April 19, 1952 in Bad Axe to the late Lawrence and Elizabeth "Betty" (Hunt) Respondek.

Sharon had the ability to make anyone smile and was every one's "momma". She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family and friends, and her two dogs, Charlie and Sweetie.

Sharon is survived by her children: Shawn Jensen of Bad Axe, Anthony Jensen of Minnesota, Renee Jensen of Bad Axe and Tyrone Booker of Bad Axe; sister Patti Stephenson of Bad Axe, brothers Larry (Connie) Respondek of Bad Axe and Gary (Rose) Respondek of Bad Axe; several nieces and nephews, very special friend Thorvald Jensen and friend of the family Marilyn Adee.

Per Sharon's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Memorials may be offered to the family discretionary fund.
