Ruth E. (Coy) Davis, 92 of Huron Township passed away May 29, 2022 with her family by her side under hospice care.

Ruth was born in Lansing Michigan to the late Elmer and Iota (Williams) Coy.

Ruth and Louis H. Davis joined in marriage August 27, 1949 in Lansing Michigan. They were together for 51 blessed years. He preceded her in death March 1, 2001.

Ruth and Louis loved spending their winters in Alabama in the Golf Shores area. Ruth also enjoyed sewing, gardening & crafting.

Ruth is survived by her daughter Donna Davis of Port Hope Michigan. Ruth's grandchildren; Ticia (Robby) Iseler & Mike (Shannon) Richards; Great grandchildren, Raquel Iseler, Robby (special friend, Kaitlin) Iseler, Ryan Iseler, Riley(special friend Katie) Richards, Jayden Richards. Ruth is also survived by Brothers Gale (Shirley) Coy, Marvin (Sharon) Coy, One sister; Marion Sheerin, Sister in –Law Judy Empie, Along with several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her son, David Davis, Brother Darwin and Gene Coy, sister:  Joyce; Sister – In- Law; Betty Coy.

Funeral Service for Ruth will be at 7pm on Thursday June, 2 ^nd , 2022, at the MacAlpine Funeral Home with Pastor Jerry Sutton officiating, music performed by family friend Jim Braun.  Visitation will be from 4-7pm, Thursday June 2 ^nd , 2022. Burial will take place on Friday, June 3, 2022 at 11 a.m. Maple Grove Cemetery in Harrison Michigan.
