Robin Dawn Woolford, 54, of Filion passed away on Sunday, August 22, 2021 at home surrounded by her family while under hospice care after a short illness.

She was born November 1, 1966 to the late Walter and Esther Woolford.

She was previously a cosmetologist, later helped manage Wagener County Park, but most recently helped give care to her mother before she passed away.

She loved spending time with her family, cooking, gardening/planting flowers, doing crossword puzzles, crocheting, and camping.

Robin is survived by her children: Nichole (Brandon) Krozek of Bad Axe and Nathan Bucholtz (Ashley Stevenson) of Ubly. Her significant other, Brian Soper of Elkton. Brothers: Mark Woolford of Caseville, and Todd Woolford of Kinde. Her nieces and nephews: the late Alicia Brunni (Carl) of Caseville, Michelle Thumme of Adrian, Amanda (Kevin) Serra of Westland, Michael (Karie) Woolford of Kinde, Matthew (Kayla) Woolford of Fletcher, Oklahoma, Jennifer Woolford (fiancé Cory Berens) of Snover, Megan Woolford of Oceanside, California; Brian's children Kyle (Shelby) Soper of Kinde, Cory Soper of Elkton; her nine great-nieces and great-nephews, Connor, Carley, Arianna, Linden, Matthew Jr., Avery, Jensen, Paisley, RaeLynn;  Brian's grandchildren Aiden, Zoi, and Harper; her beloved dog Marbles, and her furry grand babies.

She was preceded in death by her parents, niece Alicia Brunni, and several aunts and uncles.

The family would like to thank Compassus Hospice for their care and help.

Visitation will be from 2 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at the MacAlpine Funeral Home in Bad Axe.  Funeral service will start at 7 p.m. with Rev. Larry K. Loree, Sr. officiating.

Per Robin's wishes, cremation will take place after the service.

Memorials may be offered to be used at the family's discretion (c/o Nichole Krozek).
