Raymond Edward Johns, age 60, of Bad Axe, passed away on September 28, 2015 at his home.

Ray was born in Detroit to the late Edward and Juanita (Brown) Johns on August 4, 1955.

Ray was in the US Navy from April 1, 1982 to January 16, 1984. He enjoyed listening to music, especially late 70's and 80's, and watching his favorite team, the Detroit Lions.

Ray is survived by a brother, David (Mary) Johns of White Lake, MI; sisters Linda (Robert) Vittore of Commerce Township, MI and Marie (Jim) Tartaglia of Livonia, MI; an uncle Dan Burrows; nieces and nephews: Molly, Michael, Christina and Lauren; and two great nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 1 pm on Wednesday, September 30th at the MacAlpine Funeral Home in Bad Axe. Visitation will be 11 am until time of service.

Memorials may be offered to the charity of the donor's choice.
