Nancy L. White, 73, of Harbor Beach, passed away suddenly on August 18, 2021 at Covenant Hospital in Saginaw.

She was born in Detroit on June 9, 1948 to the late John and Elizabeth (Shipley) Foley.

Nancy was a previous member at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Bad Axe.  She worked as a Certified Nurse Assistant for Harbor Beach Hospital for many years.  Nancy donated to many charities and donated her time at hospice and Sonshine Day Care.  She loved lighthouses.  Nancy was known as "Grannie" to many.

Nancy is survived by her daughter: Colleen Ulfig and her husband, Jamie of Bad Axe; her brother: John Foley of Marine City; her cousins: Sue Tremp and Ken Tremp, both of Chicago; her nieces: Carrie, Shawndra, and Jeanette; and Larry Shave of Harbor Beach, who was like a son to her.  Her grand dogs, Harley and Gemma, will also miss her greatly.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Jason Alan White.

Per Nancy's wishes, cremation will take place at Sunset Valley Crematory in Bay City.   A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at the MacAlpine Funeral Home in Bad Axe with a gathering from 10 a.m. until time of service.
