Michael J. Ritter 61 years old of Kinde, Michigan passed away October 8, 2023. He was born to the late James and Ethelene (Klee) Ritter on August 31, 1962.

Michael and Vicky (Matelski) were together for 40 years and enjoyed raising their children in Kinde.

Michael was employed at Gemini Group for over 28 years, and was a hard core farmer, spending many hours on his tractor out in the fields.

Michael is survived by his wife Vicky; children Heather (Mindy LaLande) Kosinski, and Cody Ritter; brothers Dan (Margaret) Kosinski, Dennis (Carol) Ritter, Mark (Dena) Ritter, Steve Ritter, Diane (Dennis) Young, Rose (Bill) Chapel, Sandi (Randy) Haley, Brenda (Cap) Pethers and many nieces and nephews; his sisters-in-law Linda (Bill) Brown, Cindy Scherret. Michael was preceded in death by his parents James and Ethelene, his father and mother in-law Joseph and Marlene Matelski, brother-in-law Randy Matelski and nephew Kurt Young.

Visitation for Michael will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2023 from 2:00-8:00 PM at MacAlpine Gage Chapel in Kinde. Per Michael's wishes, cremation will follow at Sunset Valley Crematory.

Memorials may be offered to the family discretionary fund.
