Mary Wyllo Rogowski, age 86, of Sheridan Township passed away on September 18, 2015.
Mary was born October 11, 1928 to the late Leo and Hazel (Thompson) Hildebrant.
On January 14, 1956, she married Joseph (Bill) Rogowski, together they celebrated 59 years of marriage.
Mary preferred to go by her middle name of Wyllo. She was an active member of St. Hubert Parish in Bad Axe where she was very active in the operation of the food pantry. Wyllo worked for Doc Holdship in Ubly for 32 years as his assistant, she also enjoyed doing crossword puzzles.
Wyllo is survived by her husband Joseph (Bill) Rogowski and son Jude (Sandra) Rogowski of Frisco, Texas, along with two grandchildren Rachel and Sara Rogowski and one sister-in-law Bernice Rogers, St.Paul, MN.
Mass of Christion burial will be 11 am, Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Fr. Robert Howe officiating. Burial will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
Visitation will be 2 – 8 pm on Monday, September 21, 2015 at the MacAlpine Funeral Home in Bad Axe with scripture service at 7 pm and from 10 am until time of service on Tuesday, September 22 at the church.
Memorials may be offered to the Family discretionary fund.
