Lenore Catherine Uhl, age 57, of Filion, passed away on September 24, 2018.

She was born in Bad Axe, Michigan on April 27, 1961.  Her parents are Raymond C. Uhl Sr. and the late Jean A. (Carabin) Uhl.

Lenore delivered mail and newspapers for many years.  She was active in the Am vets Auxiliary Post #115 in Port Hope and held office as President in the past.   Lenore was an avid bowler, bowling on the Thursday league at Ladies J's in Ubly.   She loved sports, especially the Detroit Lions.

Lenore is survived by her father, Raymond C. Uhl Sr. of Filion; her sister, Diane Uhl of Oxford; and her brother, Raymond C. Uhl Jr. of Filion.   She is also survived by several cousins, aunts, uncles, great aunts and uncles and many friends who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Jean Uhl.

Memorial service for Lenore will be Thursday, September 27, 2018 at 4 p.m. at the Am. Vets Hall in Port Hope with a gathering from noon until time of service.
