Our Precious, Loving Mother, Ilene Bannick, 89, of Bad Axe passed away November 9 ^th at her home with hospice care and her family with her. She was born October 5, 1928 to the late Charles and Martha Becking.  She married Harold Bannick in 1947. He preceded her in death March 13, 1999.  Her brothers Robert and Charles Becking also preceded her in death.

Ilene enjoyed spending many hours in her flower garden and cultivating beautiful flowers for all to enjoy.

Ilene is survived by her children twins Darrell Bannick and Diane (Richard) Guigar of Bad Axe, Sharon Edwards of Midland and twins Wayne (Elaine) Bannick of Bad Axe and Elaine (Alger) Rice of Filion, and a special nephew Randy Becking.

Also surviving are her grandchildren Jimmy Edwards, Dawn Edwards and Scott Cary, Michele and Kreig Burton, Mike and Connie Guigar, Clint and Mary Wilkerson, Ed and Shelda Crosby, Al and Amber Rice, Floyd and Lindsay Rice, Jodi Rice, Scott Bannick and girlfriend Heidi Phillips, Jesse and Jame Bannick; great-grandchildren: Tyler, Serena, Tessany, Brandon, Karena, Allison, Ashley, Lincoln, Brooklynn, Addison, Cody, Seth, Gavynn, Caleb, Ava, Caitlynn, Layne, Payton, Avery and Caden; and one great-great grandchild Karson Zane.

Funeral Service will be held 11 a.m. on Monday, November 13 ^th at Our Savior Lutheran Church with Pastor Lueke officiating.  Burial will be at Colfax Cemetery.

Visitation for Ilene will be Sunday, November 12 ^th at the MacAlpine Mac Chapel of Bad Axe from 5-8 PM, and on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at Our Savior Lutheran Church.

Memorials may be offered to Our Savior Lutheran Church of Bad Axe.
