Frances "Fran" N. Millikin, 81, of Sebewaing, passed away peacefully on October 2, 2017 at Huron County Medical Care Facility.

Fran was born in Colorado on June 21, 1936 to the late George R. and Margaret (Bowers) Jones.

In 1952, she married Hurl M. Millikin.   He preceded her in death in May 1992.

Fran enjoyed playing Bingo, and loved being outdoors, especially spending time at the lake.

She is survived by her sons: Michael Millikin of Owosso, Philip Millikin and his wife, Rhonda of Owosso and Stephen Millikin of Sebewaing; her daughter, Suzanne Millikin of Phoenix, Arizona; nine grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Fran was preceded in death by her son, David Millikin and her brothers, George and Marvin Jones.

The family would like to thank Huron County Medical Care Facility for their outstanding care and compassion.

Per Fran's wishes, cremation has taken place at Sunset Valley Crematory in Bay City.   A memorial service will take place at 12 noon on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at the end of the Caseville pier/break wall.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be offered to the activities department at Huron County Medical Care Facility (Attn: Billing; 1116 S. Van Dyke Rd., Bad Axe, MI 48413)
