Elaine was known for her loving, caring, and thoughtful nature, qualities that endeared her to all who knew her. She graduated in 1972 from North Huron High School in Kinde. She married her soul-mate, Wayne Bannick in 1974, and together they shared 50 blissful years.

She then joined Aaro Company in 2008, where she continued to contribute her talents until her retirement in 2018.

Her personal life was filled with joyous activities including visits to the casino with her husband Wayne and their friends. Elaine loved thrifting, exploring Amish markets, garage sales, and road hunting for deer. Tending to her flowers and spending time with her grandchildren brought her immense joy.
