Delbert "Bert" G. Schultz, 62 of Elkton, passed away on Saturday January 8, 2022 under hospice care.

He was born on April 15, 1959 to the late Norman and Helen (Perdue) Schultz in Harbor Beach.

Bert enjoyed having garage parties, sitting by campfires, working on cars, spending time outside, being with his family, and was a hard worker at a pallet shop.

Delbert is survived by his sons; Jason Schultz of Port Hope, Tim (Shannon) Schultz of Owendale, and Matt (Jennifer) Schultz of Harbor Beach, his grandchildren; Ben Schultz (special friend Emalee Bach), Emily Schultz, Braydon Schultz, Kaylee Schultz, Declan Schultz; nephew Aaron Schultz of Bad Axe; brother Cliff (Cheryl) Schultz, and a sister Linda Schultz.  He will also be missed by his grand dogs, Bowe, Tucker and Blue.

He was preceded in death by his beloved dog Rocko, and grand dogs Buck and Bella.

Per Delbert's wishes, cremation has taken place at Sunset Valley Crematory in Bay City, Michigan.

Visitation for Delbert will take place on Friday, January 14 ^th from 1:00-3:00 at the MacAlpine Funeral Home, Mac Chapel, Bad Axe, with a Memorial service at 3:00 at the MacAlpine Funeral Home, Mac Chapel, with Rev. Bill O'Nan officiating.

A graveside service will take place at a later date at New River Cemetery.
