Dale E. Curtis Sr., 69, of Bad Axe, passed away on September 26, 2015 at Covenant Cooper Hospital in Saginaw.

Dale was born on June 16, 1946 to the late Armond Sr. and Wilda (Fee) Curtis in Caro, Michigan.

Dale graduated from Cass City High School. During his life he worked in road construction, building, at Thumb Distributing and U.S. Manufacturing. He was a member of the Moose Lodge #1049 in Caro. Dale enjoyed playing golf, especially at the Elkton and Ubly golf courses.

Dale is survived by a daughter Carol (Jess) Mausolf of Harbor Beach; sons Dale Jr. (Charlene) and Justin (Raina) Curtis both of Ubly; grandchildren Corey, Nathan, Nicole, Chelsea, Natasha, Courtney, Markus, Wyatt and Dominick; great grandchildren Jonny, Damien, and Eli; special friend Shirley Nichols; sisters Maureen Fredericks of Caro and Marsha (Mark) Sipes of Vassar; brother Scott (Jeanette) Curtis of Maryville, Tennessee; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by sisters Lorraine, Diane and Sharon and brothers Armond Jr., Dennis, and John.

Per Dale's wishes, cremation has taken place.
