Adam J. Schumacher, 40 years old of Bad Axe, Michigan, passed away at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, on August 17, 2023. He was born on August 22, 1982 to John and Marilyn (Girard) Schumacher.

Adam and Sulynda Grigg were married on May 20, 2006, making their home in Bad Axe.

Adam enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of the Grindstone Sportsmen's Club.  He could always be found with his best 4 legged companion "Gunner". Adam's greatest accomplishment in his life was being a father to his daughter Sierra, whom he adored. Adam made many friends were he was employed at the Bad Axe Walmart as an Automotive Technician.

Adam would do anything for anyone, and never expected anything in return. He was able to donate to Gift of Life, and many, many others will be helped because of his generosity.

Adam is survived by his wife Sulynda, his daughter Sierra (Anthony Loewe); Gunner; parents John and Marlea Schumacher, Marilyn (Steven Suchy) Schumacher; step sons Dakota (Taylor) Kipper, Aeron (Chelsea) Grigg; sister Yvette (Teja) Garland; brothers Josh (Tijia Scherret) Suchy, Justin (Mikayla Horn) Suchy, Jordan Suchy, John Jr. (Clara) Schumacher; brothers in law Matt (Becky) Grigg, Mykel (Mandi) Grigg; many nieces and nephews and beloved family and friends.

Adam was preceded in death by; grandparents Margie Ehmantraut, Rose Schumacher, James Howard Schumacher; aunts Rita Girard, Barb Walsh, and father in law Robert Grigg.

Per his wishes, cremation has taken place at Sunset Valley Crematory, Bay City, Michigan.

The family is planning a Celebration of Life for a later date.
